This new workout crap is killing me…
I have never slept so much in my life…
Granted I have lost close to 20 lbs and will soon be less than 200lbs, but I liked my old energy level…
I am still nicotine free
90% caffeine free…
Still sucks but I am going to stick with it…
After my first Napster run, I netted 17,000 songs..
I am on my second run…
Work is a monster these days..
I have had the second busiest month to date..
It’s just going to get worse…

It’s been a while since I have provided any real update on my life..5 months to be exact..so instead of spending the next few months catching you up, I will provide cliff notes.

1. In November I went to a party with friends in Osh Kosh, WI.
2. I went mostly to help out a friend
3. I got very drunk and told her my opinion
4. I heard I gave good advice
5. I don’t actually remember
6. I drank a bottle of bourbon that evening
7. I don’t think she took my advice
8. It was otherwise a great weekend
9. Worked slowed down until about the end of November
10. I think it was due to the elections
11. I didn’t want 4 more years of Bush
12. I started a forum as a joke
13. The users didn’t get it, and never left
14. Currently there are over 400 members
15. It’s like a runaway train
16. No matter what, I do like the place
17. I don’t think the wife does
18. But she lets me continue it
19. My brother’s cancer has gotten much worse
20. The Chemo is not working anymore
21. He is still strong
22. We didn’t think he would make it to the new year
23. He’s still living now
24. I am dealing with it
25. But not well
26. The wife got a new job
27. She liked it in the beginning
28. It’s no longer the beginning
29. She is looking elsewhere
30. Might take her old job back
31. My workload after the new year took off
32. I am barely keeping the lid on it
33. One day was four emergencies alone
34. I was amazed that I pulled it off and no one died
35. I have a great team to work with
36. I went to Chicago to a friends birthday party
37. I was told that I had a great time
38. I drank a bottle of bourbon, again
39. I remember nothing
40. I have Gentoo installed on my main box and a development server
41. Took me about thirty distro’s to find one I like
42. Gentoo is the shit
43. Emerge is Godlike
44. I still like XP better
45. This post is being added using Firefox within Gentoo
46. I have toasted Apache2 at least 4 times
47. MySql also
48. and lets not forget PHP
49. I have got my Gentoo install down to 5 hours with Apache2, MySql, and PHP
50. Took about 5 installs to do that
51. A friend fixed the first Apache install
52. I can’t thank her enough
53. I havn’t been happy with myself in a while

56. I knew something had to change due to two events
57. I got beat at a physical game
58. I yelled at a good friend, when I should have helped her
59. We ended up making a deal
60. I quit smoking, she quits drinking
61. She is doing better then me
62. I smoked once
63. But I told her
64. She wasn’t happy
65. I will do better in the future
66. I’m eating salad’s everyday
67. Gave up greasy foods
68. Started working out
69. The workouts hurt a lot
70. I will continue them so that I can get into shape
71. I am not giving up bourbon
72. I am starting on a non-smoking pill
73. I am going to continue to use the non-smokig patch
74. There is a difference between being wanted and needed
75. I need to be wanted
76. I like to be needed
77. I want my old body back
78. My swimmers body
79. I know I pulled it off if I am called “Hot” by at least one female
80. It will take months
81. I want to bench my weight,

83. I have felt bad that I have not updated this site

100. I got my first review in three years at my company

102. They are asking me to take on more duties
